My chart would not upload, but on 5/2 TYC oened at 9.94, peaked at 10.82 and closed at 10.27, creating a tail of rejecting the 10.82 peak and has not been that high since. On 5/17 the price fell below the 20 day SMA and raliied to the 20 SMA on 5/29 but closed below the average. On the True Strength Indicator (TRI), the indicator peaked after the 5/2 price peak and then proceeded to fall untill it crossed below the 0 line and is at 0.052 today, 5/30/  Because of the price falling after touching the 20 SAM and the TRI at the 0 line and price is falling, it is time to sell the baby!
